To open a player account with ed999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited in cases involving deliberate misrepresentation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active account on the platform.
• You must provide a valid mobile number for account registration. This number is used for identity verification and account recovery purposes.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on the ed999 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must keep your account login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• ed999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued national ID or other documents sufficient to confirm your identity and age. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

ed999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe the platform is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes. In such cases, ed999 will provide notice to the account holder where reasonably possible and will return any legitimate funds held in the account after conducting appropriate due-diligence checks.

From time to time ed999 makes bonus offers and promotional credits available to players. These may include welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and time limits.

In the absence of specific terms published for a given promotion, the following general bonus rules apply to all ed999 bonus funds and free spin awards. Any player found to have engaged in any of the below may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited. ed999 also reserves the right to report prohibited activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening or operating more than one account, including accounts registered in the name of a third party or using another person's payment details without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with or manipulate ed999 platform games, betting markets, or bonus systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit platform systems or distort the outcome of games or markets.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to access another player's account, circumvent platform security measures, or introduce malicious code of any kind into ed999 systems.

ed999 employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. ed999 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused to legitimate players as a result of security monitoring activities.
